In case you wonder where you are, and especially since you probably can’t pronounce the name of this website, here’s a little help. “Przekrój” (pron. ‘p-SHEH-crooy’) is the oldest magazine about society and culture in Poland. Now it’s also available in English!

Urszula Honek

was born in 1987 in Racław, Poland. She’s the author of the poetry collection “Sporysz” [Ergot]. She won the Grand Prix in the R.M. Rilke Poetry Contest and was a finalist for the Orpheus Poetry Prize, awarded by the Gałczyński Foundation. A dog lover, she now lives in Kraków.
