Alain Laboile, a photographer, sculptor and father of six children, bought a camera to document his works. But soon he turned his lens towards a more interesting subject. For years, he has been watching his kids play. Day after day he creates a family album, which is a testimony to the everyday celebration of blissful childhood, full of wild enthusiasm and close relations with other people and animals. He manages to freeze the ephemeral moments, give substance to the universal, and discover the most intimate connections.
